Mac FTP client instructions

Step 1

Obtain a FTP client program. Some popular programs include:

Step 2

Create a new connection. This may also be called a site, profile, favorite, etc.

Connection settings

  • Host: ftp.bethanypress.com
  • Username: (provided to you by your account manager)
  • Password: (provided to you by your account manager)
  • Type: FTP (do not select SFTP, SSH, etc.)
  • Depending on your firewall settings you may need to select "Passive" transfer mode.

Step 3

Connect to the site and transfer your project files. We reccommend compressing your files using Zip or StuffIt.

Step 4

Send an email to once your files have been transferred.
